Accreditation

The submission of entries does guarantee 1 Full Pass accreditation for every entrant of KIAF. This accreditation is for one person only. For activation of this accreditation entrant must complete the registration form in section "Accreditation" and request an invoice. 

If you would like to attend the conference Best Marketing Practices and Awards ceremony of 16th KIAF, please use the following steps:

1. Review the information about types&prices of accreditation:

— “Pass, May 28” Accreditation allows access to attend conference Best Marketing Practices on May 28 and evenning event Awards Ceremony of Best Marketing Innovation.

— “Pass, May 29” Accreditation allows access to attend conference Best Marketing Practices on May 29 and evenning event Awards Ceremony of Kyiv International Advertising Festival.

— “Full Pass” accreditation allows access to attend all the festival events during 2 days.

2. Register online on the festival website:

— Complete the registration form; 

— Please check your contact information carefully. It will be used for communication with the Organizing Committee; 

— The account activation details will be sent to you by e-mail after you provide all required information; 

— Activate your account by clicking on the link in the email.

3. Choose your type of accreditation: 

— Select “Accreditation” in the personal account ;

— Choose your accreditation type: “Day Pass” (May, 28/May, 29) or “Full Pass”.

4. Fill in the information about visitors:

— Name and surname of the accredited person.

— Name of the company and position of accredited person (as it will be written on the badge).

— Press the button "Submit"

5. Request an invoice for payment in section "My bills". 

An invoice will be sent to the contact specified in the registration form by fax or e-mail.

6.  Please pay your invoice until May 27.

You may get your badge for Conference and invitation for KIAF Awards Ceremony directly on reception on days of event. 

Please pay attention! Badges for accredited guests are not available for the KIAF Awards Ceremony.
