The jury will evaluate the quality of Craft as demonstrated in the design of websites or online content. If the work gives a pleasurable or memorable aesthetic experience and is notable for its high-end execution, regardless of the subject, product, client or idea, then it may succeed in the Interactive Craft category.
E-7. Digital craft: copywriting
Outstanding level of copywriting, originality of language and the idea as well as the correspondence with the requirements and features of the interactive environment.
E-8. Digital craft: video
Ingenious artistic use of audio and visual effects and post-production, the skillful use of audio-visual elements in the process of creating the project, as well as the extent to which the final product characteristics and requirements correspond to the requirements and characteristics of the interactive environment.
E-9. Digital craft: animation & motion graphics
The jury will evaluate the quality of Craft as demonstrated in animation & motion graphics.
Creation of a pleasant and memorable aesthetic sense with the use of interactive media

Entry requirements

- Each website, online ad/video, campaign etc. constitutes one entry.


- Online ads which form a campaign must be entered and paid for as single entries, e.g. 3 banners which form a campaign must be paid for as 3 separate entries.


- Your entry URL(s) must lead the viewer straight to your entry and must be accessible WITHOUT login or password. 


- Please make sure that your entry is accessible online by 29 May 2015. Entries which cannot be accessed for judging due to long periods of server downtime will not be considered by the Jury. 


- If the original language of your entry/application is not English, you should provide a clear demonstration of your app/ site/ game within your case film.


- Entries in the Best use of social media category must include as much information about the results and effectiveness as possible, ideally with a number of views/hits/forwards/users etc.  


- Please provide account details to download your app if it is not available globally.


- Each entry can be submitted into the several categories, but no more than in 2 categories (2 times), except DIGITAL CRAFT categories. If entry is entered more than once it is highly recommended that the presentation of each is tailored/adapted to highlight the elements most relevant to the chosen categories.


 - Please carefully check and re-check the credits you have entered. These credits will be published on our website exactly as you have typed them. Credits cannot be altered during judging.


- It will be in your own interest to explain or translate any specific word play or local, social, cultural or political references and nuances.


- For the purposes of impartiality, please ensure you do not refer to the name of your agency or any contributing creative companies or persons anywhere on your submission materials (image/video/URL) with the exception of self-promotion.

Material requirements

Please make sure that the version you have uploaded is final and it can be used for judging and shown publicly. 

All entries should be submitted as:


1. URL:

- A direct link to the web/app’s page

- Mobile website 

- An anonymous webpage set up specifically for the entry featuring images, text and video explaining your entry


2. One presentation image strictly in the following format: 

Jpeg, 150 dpi, RGB and A4 size.


This Presentation Image will be a summary of your entry and MUST be contained on one image. This presentation should contain some key visuals and a simple, clear summary in English of the written part of your entry. There must be no more than 100 words in total on this presentation image (excluding words contained in visuals).

You MUST adjust your presentation image to the category you are entering.


3. Case Film as additional supporting material


- Case film are accepted as a link to YouTube or Vimeo. 

- You should upload your case film as MOV/MP4 file to YouTube/Vimeo. Please note the file size should be no bigger than 350MB.

- No agency branding or any contributing creative companies/people must be visible on the entry (e.g. logos, credits etc.) except for self-promotion entries.


Please supply 2 versions of your case film, as follows:


- Long version: 2 minutes long


This case film will be viewed by the Jury during voting and could be used if your entry is a winner in post-Festival promotions. This case film should contain some key visuals - video, still images or any other appropriate footage to best explain the campaign with a simple, clear commentary in English.


- Short version: 30-45 seconds


Additionally, you should supply a shortened/edited version of 30-45 seconds which would be shown at the awards ceremony in the event that the entry is a winner. This should again contain some key visuals and a simple clear commentary in English summarising the written part of the campaign.


Encoding standards:

It is strongly recommended that you submit your film in 16:9 format.

Encoding mode: multi-pass dimensions are recommended.
